CC Onward upgrade

Planning on purchasing a new CC Onward but after reading a couple threads today regarding performance upgrades, there doesnt seem like much can be done to increase top end. Would sending my motor to Plumb quick for a "Bandit" upgrade allow for an extra 2-5 mph? Just wondering if anyone with an Onward has gone this route with success. thanks.

The dealer cannot sell or modify anything to go faster than 19.5 MPH. You will likely need to replace the controller.
