Cushman Titan (1997)
 

Purchased and it ran great, took out the hour meter and battery charge gauge for a repaint and it will not move. The battery charge gauge works but when I step on the peddle the relay clicks but not the motor. I checked voltage with key on and off at the motor and solenoids and power is constant. I am lost , aNY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. Voltage reads 36 volts which this art is.
