G19e adding headlights and led accent lights help

So, I have a 48v cart and want to finally add lights. What do I use to step the voltage down for lights? Also, how do I wire it up. With doing my lift install and having the body off, now would be a great time to do such wiring.

I would recommend a 48v to 12v volt reducer. The 16v to 12 v can still strain the 2 batteries. What head light kit you thinking about buying?

I am just looking to install a 10" led light bar on the front, some undercarriage led accent lights and maybe a couple of spot led's in the rear.
Something like this: http://deals.ebay.com/6000769630_12_...94380834527849

Still... Dc/DC convertor. If you run the leds on 16v, it may shorten their lifespan. Some of the led built in power supplies are more forgiving of higher voltages than others. Drawing extra power off 2 of the batteries is always a bad thing for your batteries, no matter how big the load is.

That's +2 on full battery draw. I believe that is a wise idea as well. Any examples?

Most LED lighting prefers 12 Volt. Higher voltage creates more heat and shortens ife. Better to use aa voltage reducer and they are cheap for most lighting needs.

For example: Dpi makes relatively low cost dc converters. I use them often & never had one fail.

Here are 2 examples I found. Both acceptable?

Pretty expensive part just to be able to run lights. So if 10 amps is a bit low, what's you suggestion? The 30 amp with external connections is over $200. I get that it's a quality product, just an additional cost that almost resembles/equals the price of just the lights alone
