Lift kit for the summit in parts manual

I was in looking at the parts manual for the part number front lift ( mine cracked today 307536EC). On page 2-10 it lists a LIFT KIT. I have a Columbia summit suv-l. I looked at the list and most of the parts are in the standard bill of material except for wheel space 1/4, wheel space 10Ga, and a rear lift block.

Is there an instruction manual for this? It does not look as if it lifts it as much as widened it with the spacers. Anyone try this?

The summit is a 2" lift on a basic chassis compared to the standard Columbia eagle or utilitruck. The spindle and kingpins were different as well.

The spacers just accomodated for the rims and the brakes. Due to scraping and rubbing they added the spacers.

So the Summits have the lift in the parts manual?

2 Attachment(s)
Yes. The front 2" lift block, the longer kingpin brackets and kingpins, spindles, different a-arms than the shorter Eagle takes, and the rear 2" lift blocks.

Thank you.

While we are on the front end. Is there a heaver duty shock or adjustable shock I could try?

No different shocks were ever made available. They did offer the five leaf spring instead of the four leaf for the front, or you could add just the fifth leaf to an existing good four leaf.

I do have the 5 leaf spring installed. Every now and then I get a rub on the front tire drive side wheel well. I was thinking a slightly harder for adjustable shock would prevent it.
