That number looks like nothing that I have seen on a Columbia. Although they no longer make golf carts, Columbia the company still exists. There is an site sponsor / occasional poster here who has a huge presence with Columbia:

Happy Thanksgiving Lochlin and Bob! 1997. Should be a four seater 9hp 4cycle by vin. But I will say those must have been some loosey goosey times with models and vin structure so dont hold me to it.
