Cushman Vehicle Identification
 

I just purchased a Cushman vehicle. It is a six passenger people mover that looks somewhat like a trolley car. It is 48 volt electric model #898339-8910. Any ideas what it is or what year?

I have found information on Cushmans to be hard to find. I'll keep you posted, if I find anything.

Don't know if you have found any information on your cart yet or not. The 8910 in the serial number indicates that it was a 1989 model. I'm not sure without researching a little what model you might have. You can go to the Jacobsen website and order manuels for some othe later models. I got a parts manuel for my 898342-8810 last fall from them.

This manual confirms that the 898339-8910 is indeed a 1989 Cushman Courtesy Carriage (see page 29 of the guide).
