RXV 2009 click click but won't move

My 1.2 year old 48v RXV won't move. Its fully charged. Turn the key and the battery meter flicks over to full and then back to zero then back to full and then to some random position on the dial. Hear or feel nothing when the accelerator peddle is applied. SOunds like there are extra solenoid clicks when we turn the key so maybe it's dropping out......dial shows 1/4 full or 1/2 full or 3/4 full despite being fully chraged from the charger.

Just beofre this happened it was being driven and the auto brake locked up ......dangerous !

Recently we noticed a loss of power going uphill.

battery? Solenoid? other?

Did you check for a lose wire or connection? Look for any burnt connections also.

Clean an tighten all your battery connections.
Ezgo had a problem on the early RXV's with the brake solenoid and replaced a bunch under warranty, contact your dealer.
Post up your battery voltages.

Re: RXV 2009 click click but won't move

Battery terminals tight, fuses all in tact. Dealer has sent me a tech guide and i will check baterry voltages. Its under waranty but i have to pay for the technician to fly here and provide board and accomodation, so if its a common fix i'd rather find it myself first before the expense.

Oceanglen, did you ever figure out what was wrong with your RXV mines doing the same thing?
