Drill 2 new holes and tap with 5/16"!

Think I'd take the whole rear end out of the car. Probably needs to come out anyway, clean it up, replace bad bolts, do the brakes etc.

Thanks Camp!!

Cut that thing off Jim. Is it the inner or outer sheave you're trying to get off?

Guess who's on vacation until the 23rd? Don at plowmans!!ahhhh. Ok I put the rear clutch kit back on.
1. How do I know I'm at 45lbs torque? I have a torque wrench but I can't figure out how to stop the shaft from spinning when I tighten everything? I don't want to break any of the clutch pieces. I used an impact wrench

Ok did a lap around the block. Clutch nut hasn't moved! New problem cart goes about 10mph slower.

Wingy. You should just be able to put the cart in forward or reverse and that will lock up the secondary clutch.

Not sure why it's now running slower though?

Win, need pictures, but like Mike said, put in gear, and put brake on. I put the (secondary) nut on with an impact gun. Just guess on 50 #!!

Have you looked at the primary clutch for a problem?
