Ok. I have double checked the timing and the timing plate Is dead centered just as it came stock. The noise that I am hearing is in the muffler. I adjusted on the air flow and it seems to open up every couple revs. I haven't had a chance to check it out under a load. The cart is still in pieces as I am waiting for my welder to arrive so I can build my lift kit.
