2016 YDRE with AC Motor. Conversion to Lithium

Hi, Just bought a 2016 Yamaha YDRE w AC motor, and want to convert to lithium.

1. Would I need a new charger for lithium?
2. is there any speed increase? (besides less weight)
3.Is extreme team the best option for me? Im in fl, close to them
4. What size would be enough for 30 mile range?
5. Is the AC motor compatible with Lithium?
