2021 EZGO RXV - Takeoff Parts - Brand New Lights, Charger, Front Struts, Rear Axle
 

All of these parts are brand new genuine EZGO parts removed from my brand new 2021 Freedom RXV. I have included relevant part numbers as well as prices from shop.txtsv.com. Photos show some manufacturing dates. All dates are from second half of 2020. All of my prices are listed before the item. Prices are shipped and OBO.


$100 Factory Halogen Headlights and Taillights. I replaced with LED. 607438,
607439, 648672G01 and 648672G02. $312 from EZGO.

$350 Factory DeltaQ Charger. I am using a Lester Summit II I already had from previous cart. $693 from EZGO.

$200 Factory Gen 3 front struts. These are the newest style struts for 2016+ RXV. They are also interchangeable with 2009-2015. I retrofitted the earlier 2009-2015 style struts in order to fit a Jakes front disc brake kit that had clearance issues with the newer struts. 655526 and 655529. $355 from EZGO.

$600 Complete Rear Axle with approx. 25 miles on it. I purchased a new axle because my rear end was making a knocking noise at maximum speed. Turned out to be the aftermarket dual action rear leaf springs banging against itself. Replaced with standard heavy duty springs. Lesson learned. Axle is boxed up, i am happy to remove and take a photo for any interested party. 630901. $1105 from EZGO.

Yes the axle is a limited slip. It has 16.99 gears.

What motors will fit this axle other than the AC motor in the RXV?

I cannot answer definitively. But I believe any club car or Ezgo motor would fit. It has the 6 bolt flange with 3 pairs of 2 bolts. 19 spline input shaft. Some axles have shorter or longer input shafts.

One thing to note is that since it is an RXV axle it has no provisions for brakes of any kind. Because of the motor brake. So if you want to use it to fabricate something custom then that’s totally fair game. But it won’t bolt onto anything else except RXV or 2Five directly
