Charging on run or tow?
I think I read earlier someone said best to charge on run instead of tow. Did I read that correctly? I guess just switch back to tow once the charge is completed.

Shouldn't matter.

Re: Charging on run or tow?
Charging circuit is totally independent of Run/Tow position.
Assuming the cart is not modified, and has the original charger, the cart is disabled from moving while the charger is plugged in, so switching run/tow is kind of pointless. Changing the Run/Tow position for long term storage can be beneficial, but for every day cart usage, the only thing it does is wear out the switch. |

And leave the cart in run all the time, even after charging. Switch to tow only for long periods of non-use or when you are going to do any work on the cart. Leave the charger hooked up anytime you are not driving it. |
