G16e. Reverse buzzer and solenoid 36v
 

I bought a 36v 96 G16e car with traction motor out and solenoid out as well. I rebuilt motor and it runs. I hooked up solenoid and it will click but will not engage motor. I am a rookie on golf carts but I have changed out a d resistor car to a completely new alltax unit. When I put it in reverse buzzer will come on the die out after a few seconds. I am going thru trouble shooting In Service manual but I am sure there is something I am missing..

It seems to be the controller. Nothing coming from output on controller. Anyone know of a reasonably priced controller for a G16E? Whatever one it may be I do not wont to lose any speed. All suggestions are greatly appreciated
