97 Workhorse Hard Starting
 

Having a tough time getting my Workhorse to start when its cold. I have to crank it for over a minute while lightly touching the pedal before it will start. Once it starts and warms up its ok. I checked the valve adjustment and it was ok, fuel pump is fine too. Doesn't matter if I choke it or not. Started having a problem in wet weather now it does it all the time. Its a freshly rebuilt engine with 110 hours on it.
