Please help me figure out the year!

The attached pictures are of my father in laws cart. He wants to order parts for it but the tag was removed for some odd reason by the previous owner. That being said were not too sure of the year. From what I can see my guess would be a 1996 G16. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
