Got a new cart... Where to start?!

Hello all,
Let me start by saying this is an amazing forum. Full of great ideas and know how. I just picked up a 94 club car. It 36 volt. I really don't know much about carts but I'm very mechanical as far as trucks, bikes, etc. I can tell this will be very addicting. This cart is all stock except for the wheels. Also has new batteries and cables. Really want to get more torque and hp. As a rookie to this side of thinks. I was wondering where y'all would start. Motor, controller..... I'm willing to spend some money and can't wait to get started. Any advice on where to start and on what parts would be great. Thanks in advance for any info and advice.

Thanks for the heads up crash test dummy. I gave Scotty b a call earlier and and we came up with a package for me. I ordered the c54 and a HD F&R also new cables. Should improve my cart quite a bit. Getting rid of the old resistor style and moving into the new age!!! Can't wait till the stuff comes in. I was worried about this little hobby being addicting, turns out it is. I've only had the cart 2 days!!! To top it off I'm still looking for other stuff. This is gonna be fun and a little costly. Ill keep y'all posted on my progress. Any more ideas would be great.

Has anyone had any experience with this package I just purchased?

I did the 700 amp fsip package while still running my old 36v batteries. Made a nice improvement to the overall performance. She really woke up when I upgraded the 36v pack to a 48v pack.

Everything works great, it's easy to install and the support is good. There are quite a few documented builds on the forum here that give a step by step.
