Re: MCOR / Pedal Assembly Confusion Explained
would a bad MCOR make the cart not go in reverse but work in forward?

Re: MCOR / Pedal Assembly Confusion Explained
You would not have an MCOR, you would have a variable speed potentiometer (Looks like a piece of pie turned on its side mounted down under your seat)
This is what you would need if you are wanting to convert - V-Glide or Potbox to MCOR4 Conversion for DS - AM293201 |

Re: MCOR / Pedal Assembly Confusion Explained
I have a Quick question and this thread looks to be the most appropriate place to ask so here it goes.
I have a 2005 transporter 6 series motor that has the mcor 1 believe and the linkage has a lot of slop in it. Will the conversion kit and new metal linkage help or do I need to look elsewhere for a solution? TIA |

Re: MCOR / Pedal Assembly Confusion Explained
Thanks TahoedawgZ71!! The gas pedal, at the top of pedal, moves about a 1/4" I assume this is enough (slop) to not achieve full power out of the MCOR? I measured the ohms prior to all this and all I was getting was about 2k. I could stick a flat head screw driver and lift the mcor the extra bit and get to 1100

2010 Precedent with Excel Drive System, the cart has a 1515-5201 controller. Is anyone familiar with the attached pics of the MCOR adaptor? Also, will a 1510a-5251 controller work on the cart?Attachment 173909
