charger operation?
so i got a question when it comes to my total charge charger.. i plug it in to the cart, turn the knob to the left some, and it starts charging like its supposed too.. itll charge for awhile then eventually turns off... ok i figure its all charged up.. but if i unplug from cart and and plug it right back in it starts charging again.. and itll run for awhile then shut off again.. i unplug and plug back in and the cycle starts all over again.. whats up with that ???
