Tried to install my new wheels from a site sponsor. Slight issue with clearance as the cart had been lowered prior. New springs all the way around tomorrow and hope that these 20.5 inch tires fit then. Otherwise we will be lifting her a bit!

The previous owner had painted the roof black. It scratched up, showing the tan, fairly easy, so I got a couple cans of Rustoleum Truck Bed liner spray.

It looks great, but it didn't adhere very well, but I'm not too surprised. I may make it a winter project to strip it down to the original plastic, prep it better, then re-coat. I'll just keep touching.

PS... the spraying capability of the Rustoleum can (x2) was garbage. I'll probably search for a different brand next time.

I put on the same ones this week in gunmetal. 8)

I have no rubbing issues at all - not even close. Your cart looks awesome lowered though!. Let me know if your tires are as bouncy as mine :|

It is good to know that they will fit under there with no rubbing, that is what the seller said too. Hopefully I can get these heavy duty springs put in tonight and be good to go. Thanks

23" tires, Alltrax controller/SW202 reversing contacter/500amp solenoid from ScottyB's (used original 36v motor) added 2x 6v in a custom fabricated rack built into the bag well under the cargo bed, bumped up to 48v, all new custom 2ga cables, 9" simple lift using only automotive shackle kits and a welder -

Cart has great power and torque, traction around the farm has increased tenfold.

New Top Speed! - 16.9 mph on GPS!

I've been meaning to update from my weekend wrench time on the 2010 RXV with programmed Curtis 350 upgrade. The wife and I hit 30mph on a flat grade on stock 18" tires. Looking forward to upgrading the severely abused battery pack, including new cables, and then putting some larger tires on down the road.

We had to pull back with the next speed bump coming up, but I was amazed at the power that AC motor has, especially compared to our 04 TXT PDS (even with Alltrax 500).

Tried my hand at laser cutting ball holder cover. Masking tape bled like crazy over the textured ABS. May try to get some smooth to redo it just get some two layer etch-able plastic for it.
