Ezgo electric wiring help w/ 12V batteries

I have a 1990 ezgo 36v electric cart. Can't afford new 6v batteries right now, so we are putting in some marine deep cycle 12V as a temporary. I need help with where to hook up the White wire #45 in diagram, it runs to a switch under the fwd/rev control.Already have the rest of the system in series to get my 36, but not sure where to go with the white single wire... Please Help??????: cry:

Looks like it taps 6V off the battery pack for the reverse beeper.
Cart should run without it being connected to anything.

I've got a 91 ezgo and I am pretty sure JohnnieB is correct. I unhooked that wire on my cart because I did not want the beeping and to the best of my memory it is white.
