Re: Yamaha G8 Club - Please post!
OK well then first thing on my agenda will be to isolate that ground buss bar and see if that helps
|
Re: Yamaha G8 Club - Please post!
ughh ok well I was apparently thinking when I mounted the buss bar because its bolted to the plastic of the glove compartment. I took the cover off of the air box and the gasket was dry rotten so I just put some gasket maker in the seam and latched it back together. once that dries I will try again. Im going to check my connections on the wires no and make sure everything is good

Re: Yamaha G8 Club - Please post!
ok all connections are tight and air box is back on the cart. When its in neutral and running at 3500rmps it runs smooth. Actually driving it there is still a little miss. What is different when its under load??

Re: Yamaha G8 Club - Please post!
jets in the carb still have junk. Or, did you say carb was new?
|
Re: Yamaha G8 Club - Please post!
no original carb that I rebuilt right before I quit working on it. I t probably had a gallon of gas through it. emptied the tank and ran the carb dry before parking it. It may still have junk though
