I have an 08 pdstxt ezgo 36 volt cart with factory lights, all the diagrams I look at show a 5 terminal hey switch but I can only find a four terminal

reborn, that is just a 4 terminal switch with two wires from one post. Green and red on the B post.

I have an 08 pdstxt ezgo 36 volt cart with factory lights, The key sitch has only four terminals but the only diagrams for wiring it up have 2, 3,or 5 terminals. can someone please help me before wy wife kills me.

We told you that double looking terminal in the pictures is really just 1.
Use the picture on the upper left and it shows you how and what color goes to the terminals. you have a B, B1, I and L thats it for the electric carts. With a DVA meter you can test the posts but look close and you should see the code markings above on the back by the terminals.

In the diagram the B terminal looks like 2 but it is one.

Download the later versions of Operators, Service and Parts Manuals for bottom STICKY: at top of this forum.

You've got a DCS manual and the color of wires changed.
Like many others have stated the "B" terminal has 2 wires attached.
