g8 only goes sometimes when accelerator pushed
Sometimes nothing happens when I step on the accelerator of my g8. I have to press the pedal a couple of times to make it go. Suggestions?

I'm gonna start by questioning the pedal switch, faulty or sticking. Go to the sticky "So your yammi wont turn over" above. Read and do the tests as outlined.

Often if nothing its the switch on the pedal, if it clicks its the solenoid....however you need to check all the wiring and grounds before you replace anything under the hood. Bad grounds are very common, battery clamps, etc. Make sure the pedal switch is not dirty too it can get messy under there.
