battery troubleshooting
 
i have a regular like about a 95 ez-go golf cart it's the basic model i have just replaced all the batteries and got new trojan's one of them has went bad i was wondering if i could move the battery to another spot or replace it with one of the older battery's that are still good n if so where to put it???

Sometimes you will get a dud battery from the manufacture, take it back for a replacement...

i would have if i would have actually bought it from the factory but i got them for a real good deal from a guy i know and it has been too long to replace them also it wasn't bad when i put it on it worked for all of about 4 weeks

The batteries are wired in series and any shortfall in the batteries will affect the whole string. Just like if you fold a garden hose at one end the water stops and if you fold it at the other end it still stops.
The bad battery needs to be replaced.

i figured that much now my question is back to what it was do i have to buy an entire set of batteries or can i purchase the same one n replace the one?

Since your batteries are all new, I would just replace the one with the same model and rating.
