How do I remove top windshield bracket rivets? ‘04 DS

Hello,
I am trying to replace my windshield installed by the previous owner, but cannot figure out how to remove the top windshield bracket. It appears to be some sort of rivet because it will not unscrew and it just freely spins. Will it have to be drilled out? Any ideas? ** see attached photos for reference. |

May be a push in fastener.
I removed with a small screwdriver and small needle nose pliers. Slid the screw driver under the edge until I could insert the needle nose. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk |

You might want to try a tool designed to remove automotive trim and plastic fasteners - available cheaply at most automotive stores.

That looks like a metal rivet. Drilling it out would be easy.
