Rear end leaking oil
 

Hey guys sold my older txt and picked up a newer one. It came with a leak on the rear end gear box. I tightened all the bolts around it. now it leaks worse. Its the type that splits down the center and thats where it leaks from. Couple questions..
what is this thing actually called, if its a transaxle or pumkin. I want to order a gasket and seals and it would be helpful to know the name.
whats involved with replacing the gasket?
is there an easier way to fix it?
