96 Club Car ignitor, RPM limiter or coil problems
I have a 96 Club Car DS that was built in the 37 week of the year. It will run for 10-15 minutes then stop running. After it cools down it will run and then act up again.
Does it seem like the ignitor, RPM limiter or coil problem? Mike |

Since you're thinking it's an electrical problem, does that mean that you've checked it when it dies and you have no spark? If not, make sure. Could be a fuel problem.

Re: 96 Club Car ignitor, RPM limiter or coil problems
sorry for the delay in getting back here.
Thank you both so very much for your help. I ended up replacing the ignitor and it has worked fine ever since. Now when I go to start it there is no power at all for some reason. I replaced the battery and still no power, so I am going to try and disconnect RPM and see if that helps. Mike |
