2012 EZGo Express S4 accessories; lifts, etc..?

Im new to the forum and owning a golf cart in general, although i just purchased a 2012 EZGo Express S4. I have discovered this site and love it! You guys are great!
I have tried to search for accessories for my cart, but dont find much aftermarket parts listed specifically for the ezgo express S4. I suspect some other carts part fit my cart. Like maybe the ezgo sport 2+2, maybe..??
I am curious to know the tallest production lift kit available for my ride?
Id also be interested in making some easy adjustments to the 13Hp Kawasaki motor, for more speed and torque.
I definitely plan to get the ezgo limited slip option added to me cart. Anyone done this recently?
All your feedback welcome. From reading through this site for about a week now....you guys are awesome source of knowledge!
Thanks in Advance,
j

did you ever have any luck. I too just purchased a 2012 express s4 and can't find anything aftermarket. Looking for tow hitch, glovebox locking doors and a few other things.

The physical dimensions of the ST Sport 2+2 and the Express S4 are practically identical, except that the S4 canopy stands about 8" taller. Frame and body are the same except that the S4 has a restyled front cowl.

My guess would be that ST Sport aftermarket accessories should fit just fine on the S4. I have found that accessories for EZGO Workhorse model fit OK as well on my '05 ST Sport 2+2.

Nice ride - good luck.

I just purchased a 2012 EZ Go Express L6 (3 seater), I am having a problem finding accessories as well, even on EZ go's website. Already ordered a windshield that was the wrong size. The dealer I purchsed it from told me to order TXT accessories. He was wrong. Anyhow, I do have a suggestion about getting more speed from the engine. I believe that the engine on your cart is the exact same one as that on the Kawasaki Mule 610. The Mule 610 is governed to go 25mph. You may be able to buy a governor for a Mule 610 and see if it fits, and if not, return it.

I'm stumped. Every site I go to the options are either the TXT or RXV?? Don't see anything for ST Sport or Express.

Parts are still kind of scarce for these carts. We do have a few (windshield link below) and would be willing to try to track down anything you are looking for... just send us an email.

I too have a 2012 EZGO Express S4. Aftermarket accessories are limited. I also think the 2+2 accessories are interchangeable. Mine was governed to 15mph when I bought it, I opened up the governor about 1/2 way and sped it up to 20 mph. Another member on this forum told me he opened the govervor up his 2012 Express all the way and is running @ 30 mph and has had no problems. He even said his dealer gave him the OK to do it. I tried it and mine topped out at 25 mph, but I'm not sure I want to work the engine that hard. I've heard mixed opinions about it, some say no problems others say it might burn the engine up. I personally don't know enough about engines to know one way or the other. As for lift kits, I have contacted Jakes and they are checking to see if one of their long travle lift kits will fit. I can post what I find out if anyone is interested.

Hey Guys, sorry for not replying back for a while! I did alot of research...couldnt find anything much on the S4, so I just started calling around to vendors/merchants and trying/doing things to my cart.
So Far:
Jakes independent front suspension (front rcvr built in)
Jakes front disc brakes (stock 10" wheels fit...barely, but fits!!)
Jakes 2" wheel spacers, for rears
Fender flares for rear
Tail lights and blinkers
Erlandson clutch kit
Warn winch 3000 lb, mounted to warn multi mount rcvr (works front & back)
Rear 2" receiver hitch (custom fab'd)
Rear bag-well door (custom fab'd)
Front half/sport windshield (made of steel tread plate; custom fab'd)
Dealer adjusted govenor cable (speed went from 14mph to 24mph)
*I wanted rear limited slip, EZGo site says its an option; when you call to purchase it, you learn its a "factory-option" (***-it...bullocks!)
