G2 Front End Camber/Toe issues

2 Attachment(s)
Tried to get the back end of my front tires toed in more more but ran out of thread on the tie rod (tie rod now shortened to most they can be). Would I need shorter tie rods? or is this an issue due to my front shocks?

I have the 6" lift kit installed. Have tried diffrent holes in the aframe bracket but this seems like the best. I hear the $600 lift kits are better but dont want to pay that much.

The cart drives fine, but looks wonky. Also seems like the inside tread is wearing faster.

Also to note I have 2" spacers on the back tires.

Any tips are welcome. :help:

You definitely need to get your tires standing straighter either by moving to the next hole up on your A arm or as I've had to do with the less expensive kits, relocate the top shock mounting hole just so it isn't seen.
Try removing your tie rods from the spindles to get them out of the equation, they might be misleading while getting the tires straight.
Once you get your tires straight top to bottom then adjust you toe, probably back out to where you have adjustment in the tie rods.
Keep in mind, to much toe in and your tires will want to pull to the center and raise the cart going forward.
To much toe out and they will want to pull apart and squat you cart.

Thanks crash!

When you say relocate would that welding a new bracket for the top of the shock to go into?

If you have any pictures that would be awesome!

I'm not sure of pictures it was that long ago.
Looks like you could unbolt the top and move the shock out and down.
Try moving that around and C-clamping it and rolling it to get the suspension to settle.
Might need to pickup 4 shock tabs from a race shop or make some tabs to weld or bolt on if it needs to go lower.
Also, watch the lower mount, It looks like it might need to be cut to not hit the shock body.

Appreciate the reply. I will do some trial and error to see if I can correct it a bit. Do you know of any bolt on ATV front shocks that work with G2/G9? The OEM ones for the G2/G9 seem a bit pricey.
