If cart affected by flooding...

In the event of heavy rain or flooding, please do not operate electric
utility vehicles in water deeper than 8 inches.

While the electronic systems on board are ip66 rated and may be operated
while exposed to light water, they are not designed to carry current while
submerged. If a vehicle is left in an area where flooding is a
possibility, do NOT leave the charger connected to AC power.

If a vehicle is found submerged, allow it to fully dry before attempting
to operate. Please contact us via email at TechSupport@ColumbiaUSA.com
with the VIN so that we may place a note in our database in the event of
future issues, which may be traced back to being caused by flooding.

Once clear from any danger, we recommend a technician inspect the unit for
possible damage which needs to be addressed prior to placing back in
regular daily service (electronics, bearings, brakes, etc...).

Do not tow units! Greater damage can occur by towing than from water.

If you have ANY questions or concerns please contact us at
TechSupport@ColumbiaUSA.com for assistance.

Stay safe. No vehicle is worth an operator or technician's safety being
placed in jeopardy!
