Nothing,,,no buzzer no go, Batteries 50.3 on pack. help please! oh yeah am new guy like I need to tell you that

In March hauled cart in the rain.....upon stopping...cart wouldn't run...put in garage hoping it needed dried out....several weeks it started running. I put the charge on to top off batteries and forgot over night...has IQ system...The charger didn't shut off....now it won't do anything....Batteries show 50 amp....any ideas of the problem...T
