1981 G1 front seat replacement
:help:I have a 1981 G1 yahmaha gas cart. The seat backs have rusted near the base where they mount, but seats are intact. Is there a good replacement that anyone can recommend for this cart. OR would it be easier to repair these with fiberglass?? Any suggestions are apreciated.

Boat seats, lots of styles and colors. Do a Google search there is lots of them. I've even seen them at walmart.

If you want to keep the original seats you can do what we did.
on one of our seats it was rusted around one nut and it broke out. We got a new nut and a fender washer, had the nut welded to the washer, riveted the assembly to the seat bottom and works great!!! :thumbup: |
