Roof strut hardware
 

I have a 2002 TXT that I bought without a roof. I now have a roof, and the roof supports/struts, but I do not have the bolts and/or spacers.

What thread are the front bolt holes, and what size spacers and where are they positioned (front only, or rear too?)?

I needed an answer, so I started trying different bolts I had... lo and behold the front TXT chassis nuts (where the struts bolt on) are 5/16 course thread (5/16-18 ). The spacers needed are pretty obvious after the front strut is in place.

A word of advice if you buy the 3 piece front roof support/strut from E-Z-go: you must remove all the powder coating on the shafts that go into the middle section. I literally used my dremel to take it all off. If you don't, it will be a real PITA! :?
