'83 Club Car resistor temperature
I just replaced all five solenoids and micro switches on a 1983 36 volt Club Car. Seems to run good but the resistor coils are getting very hot. Is that normal or could I have a wire on the wrong spot? From the wiring diagram I have, it looks like neither of the #6 wires should be on the buss bar side of the solenoids. Is that correct?

Re: '83 Club Car resistor temperature
there job is to disipate heat ( wasted energy ) while driving they get red hot......the only time they are bypassed is when your driving wide open throttle.................................8)
