95 EZGO DCS Electric Testing
 

Cart quit and now when I put it in tow and then back to run the beeping continues until the petal is push. Still won't go. The solenoid clicks when the tow switch is changed to run but nothing, the solenoid clicks again when the switch is turned to tow. Checked batteries and they are all fine, checked wires and they seem fine, switched to a new solenoid and no change, tried second steed controler and no change. Is there a 'step by step' process to find the fault? Can the speed contoller be tested (no guanantee the second one was any good)? Serial # 903753 Manufacture # J3095. Thanks for your help.
