2004 DS no power after changing light fuse

I converted over to 2 48 volt lithium allied batteries. All was working well, using cart for over a week. The lights were hooked up to 48 to 12 volt reducer on old lead acid batteries and were hooked up to the new batteries the same way, the fuse was no good. Today, I replaced the fuse and turn on the lights the fuse blew and now I have no power.

Can somebody help me trouble shoot on what's wrong.
