94 DS, spark, fuel and compression, wont run

I know I know, people ask this all the time. I have poured over every thread with even a hint of my problem.

1, 140psi steady
2, new NGK spec plug that sparks decent to the block when out.
3, fuel either put in plug hole, starting fluid in carb then a rag over to choke or choke with fuel line on till fuel drips out of the carb.

Doesn't even act like it wants to catch, even slightly! This has me baffled and any advise is very welcome.

Spark should be strong bright blue to white color.
If it's yellow or dim the coil is bad and it will not start.

Any chance the battery is connected backwards?

Had a similar issue recently. The throttle cable had come unhooked. Worth a look, could be as simple as that.

No because I have the original + cable coupled to the cable I installed to my custom fuse block so its easy to see plus the - goes straight to the frame near the battery tray. Thx

Not that. I can see the cable actuating the carb butterfly. Gas in the plug hole and then tried starting fluid, not even a single catch, something is way off and I have no clue.

Have you adjusted the valves? If you turn the motor over by hand can you see the valves even move? Maybe the cam gear rivets sheared off...

I wouldnt think it would have compression meaning the feeling of suction on my thumb then blow my thumb off? But Ill pop the valve cover just to verify. Thx!

Have you checked for a sheared flywheel key? Good spark at the wrong time?
