how to remove clutch assembly?

91 , ezgo two cycle gas ,I am finally getting caught up enough to work on it some more. I take the bolt out of the crankshaft on the belt /clutch side but can't seem to figure out how to remove the assembly .Does the clutch cover need to come off?
Thanks for all the help ,this is harder than building hot rods.

Most clutches have 3/4" fine threads. I have found one that was smaller. Pack the hole full of grease, and thread the big bolt in on top of the grease. The hydraulic action will pop the clutch.

I used a metal rod instead of the grease

With the clutch puller it takes longer to loosen the starter belt than to actually pull the clutch.....

I didn’t use a puller, just a rod and 3/4” bolt...and impact of course
