Mcor

Who has a wiring schematic of a mcor speed control club car? I need to know how it's wired. I have good speed in forward and it barely moves in reverse.
The micro switch doesn't kick on until the gas pedal is almost to the floor.None of the schematic's in the stickies is what I need.
:help:

andy, i don,t have one here but i do have one but won,t have access to it until saturday........if you don,t find one let me know i,ll bring mine home...............i know theres not much to it but i,m not sure if the rod that goes into the side of it is adjustable.........can you bend the arm on the micro switch to make it engage sooner to see if that does anything? anyway let me know if you don,t find one i,ll bring mine home.............................8)

What is a MCOR ?

Re: Mcor

Its basically a potentiometere and microswitch combination. It activates the car, and controls the speed. It's below the passenger side of the floorboard on about 2001 and up cars and other 48v club cars that have been converted to take the MCOR.

Re: Mcor

Andy-- I would check and see if one of the teeth on the rod going from the pedal to the mcor is broken, if not you probably need to replace some worn parts.

Re: Mcor

andy how the $%#% are ya?? :-P

is this a precedent or iq ds cart?

the mcor micro should click at about 3/8" of the pedal being pressed if thats not the case then mcor is bad if you have precedent .if you have a ds you could have worn out pedal bushings.
