The G1 CDI sticky needs updated and it would be great if someone just posted the winning Combo of harness and CDI unit .... Where to order ... Item number ... Location

Some of us aren't as smart as the Die hards but still want to save the old G1

There are too many CDI boxes to point to just one. Go on Amazon and search for "5 pin CDI Box" and you'll get a bunch of hits. They'll also have the diodes you need. There are a lot of options there too but #1N5404, 3 amp ones will do nicely.

No harness needed. Standard female push connectors (the small ones) will connect to the CDI.
