1987 club car won't start
 

I have a 1987 club car with a 341cc Kawasaki f82 motor. When I try to start it won't start when fully depressing throttle. If I feather the pedal just slightly it will eventually start. Full pedal it will just crank and crank. I did a compression check and it is at 120psi. once started and warm it will usually start up again. It seems that it is most temperamental once it cools off. Any thoughts and suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
