G-9 gear timing
 
I have the manual...page 142 shows cam/crank/balancer timing.

Creating the V seems impossible. The "ink" dot is at the top of the crankcase when the cam and balancer are in alignment. Is there something I'm missing?

Help
You will need to rotate the crank alittle to get the balancer in to get the correct timing marks alighned.
