fuel air adjustment screw on carbuerator

I want to lean the cart out a little and know where the adjustment is on the carb; however, I do not know what direction to turn it to lean it vs. richer? Clockwise or counterclockwise for lean?

You mean for the idle circuit? 1 1/2 turns out from the lightly seated position. Other than that your changing jets
