Lowered and Bagged DS

5 Attachment(s)
I flipped the leaf spring in the front and welded taller shock mounts. Gave me about 4” lower in the front. I’m running 14s so this required cutting the body and moving the front forward via the Jakes front extension kit.

The rear was a treat....as in a bitch because this is my first attempt at suspension design/setup. I designed axle mounts for the rear links as well as the shocks. I then had to design a frame mount for the panhard bar and weld a mount to the axle for the Panhard Bar. Finally I decided on a 3 link setup by mounting to the frame on the passenger side next to the solenoids and welded another mount to the axle next to the motor.

I really need to attach a compressor and tank setup. Any suggestions and schematics for installation? Getting tired of manually using an external compressor.

Can anyone suggest a cool headlight setup for this cart?

Your cart is looking good!

I went with a analog system from Ride Tech. It is a complete system with a 3 gallon tank. The compressor and manifold block are relatively small so finding mounting space shouldn't be too hard. Last summer I found it on Amazon for around a grand.

You can go with a manual paddle valve set-up and save quite a bit of money. Several websites out there selling air management systems. Another option I was looking at on Bagriders.com was a paddle valve system with a 4 gallon tank. Lot's of options out there, happy shopping!
