1980 ezgo gas SPARK/NO SPARK
I Have A 1980 2 Cyl Gas That Is Driving Me Nuts. I Have Replaced All The Wiring And A New Coil, Condenser , Plug, Plug Wire. Points, Microswitch. And Still I Only Get A Small Spark One Or Two Times Win A Crank It Over. I Dont Know Why The Spark Is So Weak And Wont Do It All The Time. Am I Missing Something That Can Cause This. Please Help If You Can

On the newer carts it'll do that if the battery is hooked up backwards. Not sure about yours though

What is the spark plug number you sre using?

Make sure you have solid grounds to engine block and frame. Also check to see that you are getting solid 12volts from battery connector. Some times you can have a bad connector that will not let 12 volts go out from the battery posts. Test connectors and wires out of same.
