cpp e-z-go bb cradle
my engine cradle moves up and down in the front next to where it bolts to the frame... the bolt goes through the heim joint i have tighted it down 2 times and it will stop for a day or two and then it starts making a "clunking sound " when it moves it's like the bolt is too small for it.... what do i do i dont wanna tear it up ....

Re: cpp e-z-go bb cradle
those were the couplings i mentioned.... didn't know they were misalignment spacers...lol ... yeah the the hole on the inside of those were 1/2 inch and my bolt was 3/8 inch making it have a clunking noise when you hit the gas tom said he had never had that problem even with high hp use ....so i put a washer on each side on the inside of the mount and lock washers on the outside of the frame mount seems solid now only time will tell if the fix works tom said he was gonna check one of his and see what size it is his customer sevice is great too !!!
