1983 EZGO Marathon Parts?
 

Hello, I am new to the forum and I would like to thank you all for any help with my problems. I purchased a 1983 EZGO Marathon gas golf cart from an individual. Well he took the parking brake off because it was in the way of him mounting a speaker for the radio he installed. (idiot) Anyway I can't find that parking brake or even a whole pedal assembly anywhere. Also the steering wheel was really loose so I took it off and the adapter was worn out so he ground down flat spots on both sides of steering shaft ad tried using flat pieces of metal to make it catch, shew. So I guess I need the steering shaft. It also needs a choke cable but I figure I can rig a universal one. Does anyone know where I could find any parts? The cart runs great. :help:

It's always amazing but can be disappointing on what ya find on these old buggies after being through so many hands, I can't help on the brake and steering but I know the choke cable is still available. Good Luck
