95 G14 Bucks and backfires
Not sure what is going on but my 95 G14 bucks at low throttle and spits/sputters when you let off the throttle. Sometimes it backfires really loudly too. Any ideas on where to start? It has fresh fuel with Stabil in it too.

make sure there is a seal on the top of your air box, my seal was destroyed, a little black silicone and some new rubber hold downs and it cleared up, fuel pump maybe?

Part of it may be primary clutch problem, and part of it may be throttle cable adjustment. Read the Yamaha site, much has been said about these issues here.
