What year 875 industrial ez-go do i have?? and no go

hello everyone. im new here and know nothing about these things.

i baught this at a sealed bid auction at work last week for $328.

i would like to know what year it is for future referance, as im sure ill need it for finding parts and manuels.

it has been sitting several months without being charged. i was told it was taken out of service because they upgraded to new john deere biodiesle gators.

i charged the batteries 2 at a time with a 12 volt charger. (its a 48 volt with 8 batteries)
after charging- 6 batteries were just over six volts and 2 were only 3 volts.

with all the batteries in line i have 43 volts

the cart does not go at all , i just here the micro switch click when i push the peddel .

i have lights , horn and the heater works.

after charging 2 at a time with the 12 volt charger the voltage gauge read full charge but it wouldnt move.

so i plugged the onboard 48 volt charger in over night and the voltage gauge dropped to half charge . and still no go.

are the 2 bad batteries enough to not let this thing moveat all?
is there anything else i should check with a voltmeter before i spend all the money on batteries ? i dont wanna buy batteries and than find out i need a $400 part on top of that?

i am currantly charging the batteries again 2 at a time

please keep in mind i dont know what each part is called.
i am mechanically inclined but i have little experance with electrical trouble shooting.
i usually play with old chevy trucks!

THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP

Very cool!

The Mfr. code indicates it is a 2002 model.

very cool. 5 bolt pattern on the wheels. How wide is that thing ? I'd be tempted to rip the back off, lift it and but trailer tires on it and have cool flat bed truck :-)

i determind that the cclicking noise i heard is not the micro switches it is a componant between the go pedal and the micro switch. and it clicks the same with or without the abttieres hooked up.
is this the controler? is there a way to test it disconected?

thanks john
