I have a carbon fiber one installed in my 2001 Club Car and LOVE IT!!
As far as leaks, the cup holders have small holes/drains in them. The dash isn't completely sealed to prevent any water from getting in. My cart has been rained on and no issues at all. No water got into the locked glove boxes.
